DENISE MARSHALL - PRESIDENT
| A life-long resident of Erie County, Denise was born and raised in Cheektowaga, NY. Graduating in 1986 from Cheektowaga Central HS, Denise attended both ECC and the State University of NY at Buffalo and holds a degree in Business. Denise lives in Lancaster and is president of Marshall Data Solutions, a computer consulting company specializing in training and database development.
Denise became an advocate of the Boys & Girls Club when she served a term as Erie County Legislator in 2004-2005. Her passion and commitment to the club continued after leaving that position, prompting her to join the board.
Denise serves on the Board of Advisors for the American Cancer Society and is a Legislative Ambassador for the organization as well. She is also a member of the planning committee for Elma's Relay for Life.

VICE PRESIDENT - GEORGE HAWLEY
| George was born and raised in East Aurora. He moved to Wales in 1980 and has lived there since. He has been an electrician for 40 years and worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 33 years. He has four daughters who all went to Iroquois School District. His other activities include the PTO, Town Councilman, Kiwanis, Moose, and Historical Society.

SECRETARY - DARLENE KIHLBERG
| Darlene graduated from Iroquois High School in 1975. She possesses a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA. She works with the Moog International Group, Strategic Learning Partner - Project Management. She has Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. She has been an EMW resident for 45 years. Her hobbies include Assistant Scoutmaster BSA Troop 325, and trainer for other adult leaders in outdoor skills. Her son, Eric, is an Eagle Scout and graduated from Iroquois in 2008.

TREASURER - WARREN LIPPERT
| Warren graduated from East Aurora High School in 1970, and attended the East Aurora Boys Club (as it was called then) from the ages of 8 - 18. He has lived in Marilla for 22 years with his wife Wendy, son Aaron, and daughter Rachel, all of whom are Iroquois graduates. He has been employed by Metavante Corporation for the past 14 years as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Warren is a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 370 and also the Sons of the American Legion Post 362.

CAROL BALCERZAK
| Carol is a lifelong resident of Elma, where she lives with her husband Scott, and her two sons, Jacob & Erik, all graduates of Iroquois Central. Both Jacob and Erik attended the club all through their school years. Carol is an ECC Graduate of Data Processing, and is currently employed at Ingram Micro in Williamsville. She was a member of the Board of Directors for EMW Baseball/Softball for 9 years, and is an active member of the Matthew Foster Foundation Board of Directors.

HEIDI McCREADY
| Heidi graduated from East Aurora High School and holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Systems Management. She works for Moog Inc. as the Materials Manager for the Space and Defense Group and Business Unit Operations Manager for Defense Controls. Heidi and her husband, Jim, have three children who are all graduates of Iroquois High School. Her children were all involved in the Boys and Girls Club from an early age as members and then as volunteers. Heidi was previously on the Boys and Girls Club Board when she chaired the Opening Ceremony of the new building.

GREG MERKLE
| Greg is a 1981 graduate of Iroquois Central and a 1985 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently a financial advisor with the AIS Advisor Group and has been a Club board member since 1995 currently serving as its Resource Development Chair. He is Chairman of the Iroquois High School's Academy of Finance Board; President of the Greater Buffalo United States Bowling Congress Board; Chairman of the GBUSBC Hall of Fame Committee. He serves on the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame and the East Aurora Baseball/Softball Hall of Fame Committee. Greg is a member of the Elma Planning Board, St. Matthias Episcopal Church, Southtowns Umpire Association, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 370, and Safari Club International.
